According to a report from TMZ, disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein has been extradited to L.A. to face indictments for more sexual assault charges.

Weinstein has been indicted for eleven charges stemming from sexual assault allegations from five different women. The 69-year-old former film producer has already been convicted of rape in New York and is sentenced to 23 years in prison, but now has to face charges on the West Coast.

Weinstein’s attorney Mark Werksman said the producer’s legal team was given notice that Weinstein was being extradited on Tuesday and that his flight was going nonstop to L.A. so that he can possibly make his Wednesday court appearance. His lawyers attempted to stop the extradition, but the District Attorney in Los Angeles did not want to wait for a judge ruling in New York in that matter.
