New York rapper 50 Cent is out here reminding fans why “Power” is in a class of its own. The hip-hop veteran went to social media this week to reflect on one of the most dramatic moments from the series’ five seasons.
On Friday, Curtis Jackson went to Instagram to remember the moment his fictional character Kanan took out his own son.
Fif went to Instagram Thursday and didn’t hold back promising “Game of Thrones” fans would be blown away by what his show delivers this August.
Hours prior, Fif trolled “Game of Thrones” over its recent and now-infamous coffee scene blunder.

At 3:28 AM, today, PST, I wrote these words for the first time ever. If you know me, you know I love to type “End of Episode,” but these words are something different. Emotional. A life moment. No matter how many shows I ever write, @power_starz will always be the first, the journey that brought me from new mom and first-time showrunner to now. Writing the #powertv series finale has been a labor of love, a transformative experience, and a huge privilege. I am grateful and humbled to write these words, to have the opportunity to tell a story and end it well, in a forthright way, to the best of my ability. I will say this: the end is harder than the beginning, but so deeply worth the work. I share this work with @la_gabriela_uribe who started the journey with me seven years ago in development. To @50cent and @markcanton who read a million drafts of the pilot all those years ago. And to @shinybootz who is back to shoot the shit out of this finale… full circle. Thanks for believing in my writing before we met a single actor or even went to @starz to pitch. It’s showtime, y’all. Here we go.
