When he’s not collecting his debts, 50 Cent is getting back to the music.
The rap mogul reunited with Dr. Dre and producer Scott Storch in the studio this week to cook up some new music. Taking to social media, 50 posted a photo of him and Storch in the lab.
“Took time off bitch now we back to work #ScottStorch we got on DR Dre,” he wrote. “Dre said he love what I’m doing in Tv,but he want me back in the studio.”

Dre is responsible for 50’s biggest hit to date, “In Da Club,” while Storch produced records including “Candy Shop,” “Just a Lil Bit,” and “Build You Up.”
It’s been five years since 50 released his last album, 2014’s Animal Ambition. He has been working on the oft-delayed Street King Immortal, which he first announced in 2012.
During a 2018 interview with The New York Times, he compared the project to his 2003 debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin’. “Right now I’m in the middle of recording my sixth album,” he said. “But it’s as thrilling as my first.”
